I'm currently based in China pursuing a Masters of Science in Management Global Affairs as a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University.

BreastScreen Expansion Evaluation
Project managed and led data analysis for a three-year evaluation of the policy change to extend support to women aged 70-74 to receive state-funded breast screening. The project include 4,000+ interviews, surveys, complex data analysis and workshop facilitations with staff. The final report informed the Treasury decision to increase funding by $56.4m for the program.
TEDx Pearson College 2017
Selected to present a TEDx talk titled "What is Progress?: the untouched perspective" at the young age of 17 years old. The speech touched on the tensions between traditional norms of progress and indigenous perspectives on progress.
UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues
Participated in the 2016 and 2017 United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues annual session to discuss indigenous issues. The body provides expert advice to the Economic and Social Council regarding indigenous issues related to economic and social development, culture, environment, education, health and human rights. I collaborated with numerous intergovernmental agencies and indigenous communities on alternative education models to bridge the gap between traditional knowledge and mainstream education (See "Maui & the Movement").
Vocational Education Revenue Strategy
Led data analysis to identify fee-for-service strategic priorities and rigorously analysed the market to develop a new strategy.The fee-for-service strategy is expected to deliver an additional $25-39 million in annual revenue in the short term and $100-172 million over the medium-to-long term.
Maui & the Movement Education Program
Founded & directed an education program, piloting the program to 150+ students across New Zealand. The program informed policy change to incorporate Moari traditional stories and language into mainstream education systems. Consulted the NZ Minstry of Education on the 2017/18 NCEA (National Curriculum) reform to include further traditional knowledge in mainstream education curricula following the success of the pilot program. Collaborated with further indigneous communities, including the Navajo nation and Native Hawaiian communities through the UNPFII.
Data Warehouse Development and Maintenance
Contributed to and helped maintain the internal Data Assets Warehouse at Nous (DAWN), including cleaning and linking data across health, human services, geospatial data, economics and education. The data warehouse stores more than ten data sources, some of which are dynamically updated automatically to maintain the latest content. Data was leveraged on a number of consulting projects, sucb as the development of a recovery monitor with real-time data which charts Australia’s progress through COVID-19.
IPARVAN Framework Evaluation
Led data analysis for the three-year impacts and outcome evaluation of the Integrated Prevention Action and Response to Violence Abuse & Neglect Framework for the NSW Health Agency. The project involved complex statistical modelling and stratified analysis of survey responses to determine early impacts and outcomes.
